Introduction
Procosmetic Pty Ltd provides medical cosmetic services at our Melbourne clinic and through information on procosmetic.com.au. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, accepting a treatment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. They are designed to protect both you and us and to ensure that each visit is safe, professional, and transparent.
Appointments and Consultations
All treatments require an initial medical consultation to confirm suitability. Some services may need a review or follow‑up visit, and the appropriate timetable will be explained by your practitioner. We recommend arriving five to ten minutes before your scheduled time so that any necessary paperwork can be completed.
Bookings and Deposits
A booking fee is payable for most appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the fee is received. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of service.
Doctor's Fee
Some treatments require a script from our prescribing Doctor prior to treatment. Where a prescription is required, a $29 prescription fee will apply. This fee covers the clinical review and issuance of the script and is payable regardless of whether you proceed with treatment.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice; however, the amount confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured. We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and Afterpay. Full payment is required on completion of your appointment unless you have agreed to the Procosmetic Payment Plan.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change and ask that you give at least twenty‑four hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Changes with less than twenty‑four hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. Failure to attend an appointment will incur the full cost of the scheduled treatment. When an appointment is rescheduled outside the twenty‑four‑hour window, we will transfer the booking fee to the new time. If extreme or unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, contact us as soon as possible and we will consider the situation on a case‑by‑case basis.
Treatment Suitability and Consent
All cosmetic procedures carry risks, and results vary between individuals. A comprehensive medical history and consent form must be completed before treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone any procedure that we believe is unsafe or unsuitable.
Results, Risks, and Expectations
Outcomes depend on individual anatomy, lifestyle, and adherence to after‑care instructions. Photographs may be taken to monitor progress; these images are stored securely and will only be used for marketing with your written permission. No guarantee can be given regarding the longevity or specific result of any treatment.
Adverse Reactions and Follow‑Up Care
Follow all after‑care directions provided by your practitioner. Contact us promptly if you experience unexpected pain, swelling, or any other concern. In rare cases, corrective treatment or referral may be necessary, and all associated costs will be discussed openly with you.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns
Because cosmetic services are personalised, we do not offer refunds for treatments that have been carried out. Pre‑paid packages are non‑transferable and non‑refundable once any session has been redeemed. Unopened retail products may be exchanged within fourteen days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt.
Gift Cards, Packages, and Promotions
- Gift Vouchers expires 12 months after the date of purchase
- The certificate may be redeemed for any product or service offered by Procosmetic at the prevailing price at the time of redemption
- The value of the certificate will not be reimbursed if unused. Please choose your purchase carefully
- If the purchase value exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of payment
- Excludes use for buying membership plans or subscription services
- The Gift Certificate is solely for the purchase of goods and services, and it is not redeemable for cash or allowable for cash withdrawal
Children and Guests Policy
For safety and regulatory reasons, Procosmetic provides treatments only to clients who are eighteen years or older.
Photography and Marketing
With your permission, we may use before‑and‑after images for educational or promotional purposes. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by providing written notice.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal and medical information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. We do not share your details with third parties except when required to deliver your treatment or comply with the law.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on procosmetic.com.au is the property of Procosmetic and may not be reproduced without our written permission. External links on the site are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
Complaints and Feedback
We strive to deliver an exceptional experience at every visit. If you are dissatisfied with a product or service, please inform us within twenty‑four hours so we can address the issue quickly. Formal complaints can be emailed to info@procosmetic.com.au. We will acknowledge receipt within two business days and aim to resolve the matter within ten business days.
AI Assistant and Chat
Procosmetic provides an automated AI chat assistant called Chloe on this website. Chloe provides general information about Procosmetic and its services and is not a clinician. The chat is not medical advice and is not for emergencies. Please do not share unnecessary sensitive medical information.
Messages sent through the chat are sent to Anthropic to generate responses. Procosmetic retains chat messages and replies indefinitely. If you submit a contact request, the information you provide is stored and emailed to the clinic so we can respond.
Refer A Friend
To qualify for the referral offer, the referred friend must be a new client and must complete an appointment with a minimum spend of $150. Once the referred friend has attended and paid for their treatment, the person who referred them will receive a $50 credit to use on their next appointment.
If both the referrer and the friend are first-time clients, they will each receive $50 off their respective appointments. There is no limit to how many people someone can refer or how much credit they can earn through the referral program.
Referral credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is only valid for use on future treatments at Procosmetic.
